Why Buy From Us?We can think
of (at least) nine very good reasons you should buy from us: 1. You will have the most accurate, up-to-date information and best service on the web for all of your needs. 2. You will never be lied to, or be sold products at inflated prices. 3. On physical items, we offer our $8 flat rate shipping for up to a $50 purchase, and totally free shipping for any purchase over $50, or for digital (downloaded) products. 4. You will know ASAP when we have a new product available. We'll notify you if you are on our list, and/or you will see an introduction of it on our site. 5. You will receive the best shipping rates, because even smaller orders pay only a $8 flat rate. How can you beat that? 6. You will receive the best customer service that you have ever experienced. This is where we really shine! As soon as your (physical) order comes to us, you will get a personally written “thank you” email from our shipping department, along with information on whether we have all of your order in stock (we usually do, and are trying even harder to keep it that way), and also a shipping schedule. Nearly all of our stocked orders go out within 24 hours, sometimes even the same day. On certain products that are drop-shipped for us, the order is transferred to the supplier immediately during office hours, or within 16 hours of receiving it. We deal only with qualified drop-shippers who have demonstrated a history of speedy shipping practices, and customer service equal to ours. If they don't process and ship your order within 24 hours, we may not want to deal with them. For downloaded products, we try to have the system set up to run automatically, but we monitor every transaction. 7. Except on digital downloads, when you hear from us, it will be a real person at the other end, not some mindless autoresponder. After your (physical) order is shipped, we will contact you once more to tell you how it shipped, to give you a tracking number, and even the size, weight and shape of the package! How many other shippers take the time to do that for you? Granted, it may not always be in the next five minutes, because we always verify inventory before we reply, but it will be as prompt as humanly possible. 8. We leave you alone after your order is shipped. The only time we would contact you again, is if you have "opted" into our system, telling us you want to be on our mailing list. Then, when we release a new product that you might be interested in, or if we decide to do a close out sale on a discontinued product, we will notify you, and neither one of those instances would occur more than about twice a month. We hate useless email as much as you do.....the kind that is always pushing a product without giving you any real value. We have vowed not to send out ANYTHING unless it contains real value above and beyond any products mentioned. 9. You won't get a flood of email with garbage like a lot of companies would send you. Your email address is for our eyes only, and we don’t send out spam. If you don’t want to hear from us, it would be a terrible loss, for both of us, but we would respect your privacy and take you off the list. All you have to do is hit reply, and put "unsubscribe" in the subject line, or follow the instructions for the autoresponder. After all, you know our web address, and can always come back when you’re ready. We respect that. Now that you’ve heard all the facts from someone truly knowledgeable and honest about what they sell, why would you want to make the mistake of buying from anyone else? We’re here for you.
